COVID-19

The Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute (DLI) has stated that the Dry Cleaning process has been ruled as effective on most viruses including COVID-19. In addition to our regular cleaning process, to contribute in the fight against COVID-19, we have instituted a few new measures to help keep our customers and employees safe:

• Installation of "sneeze guards"

• Social Distancing Measures - Allowing 2 customers in the store at a time

• Routine disinfecting of commonly used surfaces in the store

• Making hand sanitizer available to our customers

 

We have also implemented a new E-Communication system that allows us to provide customers with order updates via email and text message to encourage contactless communication. Read more about some of its features here.
